1Acceptance of Terms of Use

Welcome to BetKing, Malaysia's leading online betting platform. This Terms & Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you as the user ("Member") and BetKing ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by BetKing through this website, you expressly and unequivocally agree to be bound by all the terms, conditions, policies, and guidelines set out in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you are not permitted to use the BetKing in any manner whatsoever. Your continued use of this platform following any amendments to the Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2Member Eligibility

To be eligible to use the BetKing, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and while using the platform.
• You must be a Malaysian resident or citizen who access the platform from within Malaysia.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement.
• The bank account or eWallet you use for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own name.
• You are not listed on any active self-exclusion programme.
• You are not located in a region or country that prohibits access to online betting services.

3Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) BetKing account only. Holding multiple accounts is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all accumulated balances and bonuses.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. The details you will need to supply include:

• Full name as per identity card (MyKad) or passport
• A valid date of birth
• An active and reachable email address
• A valid Malaysian phone number
• Bank or eWallet name for withdrawal purposes

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. BetKing shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party, whether with or without your knowledge.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

BetKing accepts deposits via a wide range of popular digital payment methods in Malaysia. All transactions are processed exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR).

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. BetKing does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit suspected to originate from an unauthorised source or through a third party will be frozen pending investigation.

5Fund Withdrawal

Member BetKing may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit (return-to-source principle).
• If the bonus rollover requirement has not been met, withdrawals will not be processed until the rollover is completed.
• Withdrawals to Malaysian eWallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay) are processed within 15 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals via DuitNow or FPX to a bank account are processed within 1 to 3 hours on business days.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is RM 50,000. Withdrawals exceeding this limit require special approval from the finance team.

6Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

BetKing offers a wide range of exciting bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements and validity periods as specified for each promotion.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

• Welcome Bonus up to RM 688 available to new members making their first deposit.
• This bonus is subject to rollover requirements 20x of the total bonus amount received.
• The validity period to fulfil the rollover requirement is 30 days from the date the bonus is credited.
• The Welcome Bonus may only be claimed one time only per member, per account, and per household.

6.2 Rebates & Cashback

• Weekly rebate of up to 1.2%, calculated based on total net turnover over a 7-day period.
• Daily cashback for the Live Casino category is credited automatically each morning for the previous day.
• All rebates and cashback are subject to rollover requirements 1x prior to withdrawal.

6.3 General Bonus Rules

• BetKing reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including the use of multiple accounts or opposing bets (arbitrage), will result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

7Game Rules

All games available on the platform BetKing, including baccarat, roulette, poker, e-sports, lottery, and slots, each have their own specific rules. As a general guideline, the following rules apply across all game categories:

• All game results are final and cannot be disputed once a round or hand has concluded.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active round, BetKing reserves the right to void the round in question and refund the wager amount to the player.
• Bets placed on live casino games are final once the dealer announces "No More Bets".
• For e-sports categories, BetKing uses data sourced from official data providers. Any data discrepancies will be resolved based on the provider's official records.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and table. These limits are displayed on each respective table or game.
• BetKing uses an audited and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure every game is fair.

8Player Responsibilities & Obligations

As a member BetKing, you agree to comply with the following responsibilities at all times while using the platform:

• Not using any automated software, bots, scripts, or other technology to access or play on the BetKing platform.
• Not attempting to hack, breach, or compromise the security or integrity of BetKing's systems.
• Do not share your account login credentials with any other party.
• Not engage in any fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or money laundering through the BetKing platform.
• Only bet with money you can afford to lose, and never use borrowed funds or money set aside for essential expenses.
• Comply with all local regulations applicable to betting activities in your jurisdiction.

9Account Suspension & Termination

BetKing reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member's account without prior notice under any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraud, misrepresentation of information, or suspected money laundering activity.
• Owning or using multiple accounts.
• Abuse of bonuses or the promotions system.
• Use of automation software or other unauthorised methods.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe.

If your account is terminated due to a breach of terms, all outstanding bonus balances that have not met the rollover requirements will be forfeited. Any valid cash balance will be returned upon completion of the investigation, subject to deductions for any amounts involved in fraudulent activity.

10Liability Limits & Disclaimer

BetKing strives to keep the platform running smoothly at all times. However, we cannot guarantee the platform will always be free from technical errors, server disruptions or third-party issues beyond our control.

To the extent permitted by law, BetKing not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform.
• Loss of opportunity, loss of profit, or reputational damage arising from the use of our services.
• Service disruptions due to factors beyond our control, such as internet outages, natural disasters, or actions by authorities.
• Errors or delays in transaction processing caused by third-party payment providers.

BetKing's maximum liability to any member for any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11Amendments to Terms & Conditions

BetKing reserves the right to modify, add or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this website.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent amendments were made.

Continued use of the platform BetKing following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
